Our story
It started with a trailer
and a stack of favorites
Willowbound began the way most small, good things do. Quietly, and a little by accident. A love of books that outgrew the living-room shelves. A restored trailer. A notion that bookshops don't always have to sit still.
Every title on our shelves is chosen by hand. Some are well-loved classics we think everyone should meet at least once. Some are quieter finds: the kind of book you'd never pick up in a big-box store, but that feels, once you crack the cover, like it had been waiting for you.
We travel because the best bookshop moments happen outside the shop. A conversation over a paperback at the market. A child who didn't know she liked poetry until you handed her the right book. A Saturday afternoon that smells like coffee and paper.
